We offer the personalized service of a local agency, backed by Brown & Brown Inc. (NYSE: BRO), one of the largest and most influential independent insurance intermediaries in the world with a long-standing history of proven success.

Our four major business segments – Retail, National Programs, Services, and Wholesale Brokerage – serve general businesses, corporations, governmental institutions, professional organizations, trade associations, families, and individuals. Brown & Brown will provide clients with all vendor quotes we receive from the marketplace either in our proposals or upon request.

FEEDBACK
We value client feedback. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly and provide feedback regarding the quality of our services.
TRAINING
Brown & Brown requires that all employees receive detailed and regular training focused on the Client Bill of Rights.

ADHERENCE
Adherence to the Client Bill of Rights will be enforced by a series of enhanced internal controls including regular compliance reviews and employee audits.
COMPENSATION
Brown & Brown is compensated by a commission, which is paid to us by the insurance vendors we work with on your behalf. In keeping with our mission to provide full disclosure, Brown & Brown is happy to provide specific commission and bonus information upon request.
